Registration/Profile Building
The usage of racist, abusive, terrorism-friendly usernames, profile pictures (avatars) and comments/reviews will result in user’s permanently ban from l2crypt.com

Purchase of products such as encrypt 1 client file product
When ordering a product which contain limited amount of files or file types to be uploaded by the client or such us only 1 client file or only inteface files, the client must upload only the specific files mentioned in the product’s description. If client uploads more files than the product’s description, only 1 file will be completed and the other file uploaded will be ignored. If client uploads wrong file type, for example interface files for non interface product, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Encryption/Decryption Services Guarantee
Encryption can be never guaranteed in any kind of files worldwide, therefore we are not selling 100% guaranteed services and we do not provide partial or full refunds if the downloaded products can be cracked or manipulated by a third party. Clients who provide information about such cases, in order to help us find the way that downloaded products cracked, will be awarded with discount vouchers or free limited orders.
Decryption is 95% guaranteed, according to our tests against almost all encryption methods around, however if the file uploaded by a client can not be decrypted, we will issue a full refund and cancel the Processing order.

File Upload during checkout
When ordering specific services such as l2 encryption or l2 decryption services or products, client might be required to upload some files. If the uploaded files contain any kind of malicious software or are infected with malware, the client will be banned permanently from l2crypt.com and the uploaded files will be reported to antivirus services such as virustotal.com.

Payment Methods
We accept only the available payment methods during the checkout (at checkout form page). These payment methods might be updated or changed at any time from l2crypt.com staff. We do not accept any other payment method besides the ones that are available in checkout page in private.

Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds for digital services or digital produces once the order is completed and the project was moved into the planning phase. A refund is not possible for work already completed.
No partial reimbursements for projects in the middle of the way through their milestone phases.
We issue full refund if the order can not be completed and while it is still in Processing status.

Download issues due to server or technical problems
If for some technical reason a completed status order can not be downloaded or unzipped from client’s side, we accept claims in our e-mail: [email protected] including screenshots of the specific issue.
All completed orders download links have no expiration date, which means they can be re-downloaded unlimited times.

L2Crypt reserves the right to change payment terms if necessary at any phase of the project.
