Features:
– Encrypt/Decrypt 111/120/121/211/212/413 types.
– Supported files: bmp, dat, htm, ini, int, ogg, u, uax, ugx, uix, ukx, unr, usk, usx, utx, xdat
– Header version type and action will be determined automatically.

How to use:
1. Extract mxencdec_v2.1.zip
2. Drag and Drop file(s) on mxencdec.exe icon or write in console: mxencdec.exe file1 file2

Program uses third party libraries:
zlib (zlib.net)
mpir (mpir.org)
